Arrival windows are estimates we work hard to keep. Every repair is diagnosed first and priced in writing; work begins only after your approval. The diagnostic quoted at booking applies as explained on that call.
Workmanship
We stand behind the repairs we complete. If the same fault returns, contact us promptly and we will make it right under the warranty terms stated on your invoice.
Customer responsibilities
An adult must be present during the visit, with a safe, clear path to the appliance and pets secured in another room.
