The Yearly Visit, in Detail
- Refrigerator: coil cleaning, fan check, door seal inspection, temperature verification
- Dryer and vent: full vent-run cleaning and airflow measurement
- Washer: hose inspection, pump filter cleaning, boot and dispenser cleaning
- Dishwasher: filter and spray arm service, inlet screen check for mineral scale
- Kitchen suite: oven temperature spot-check, disposal and ice maker condition check
